It's been a fairly uneventful December. I expected to get a lot more done or at least have done a few adventures. Unfortunately that hasn't been the case since the first two weeks of December rained unrelentingly and now the arctic blast that's about to hit the country has put off the normal Christmas trek to the condo to the New Year. That being said I did manage to take a wreath making class at Barfield Wilderness Station and we did manage to drive through the free Christmas lights at Cannonsburgh. It's been a strange, sort of down beat Christmas for whatever reason and I hope 2023 bucks things up. January does promise a few adventures if the weather holds out. I've signed up for a caving trip with Outdoor Murfreesboro along with a waterfall hike and eagle/bird watching.
